Like many of you who may have over-done it over the holidays or are feeling a little under the weather, I'm thinking now might be a good time to work in some new healthy recipes. This one is at the top of my list of recipes to make in the next week or so. The author of this recipe, Hetty McKinnon, says her Chinese mother would make a version of this soup to balance her yin and yang.
