Sweet Potato and Bacon Quiche with Parsley (from "Dinner in French" by Melissa Clark)
We just got this new cookbook in (buy now). It's filled with mouth-watering photos and French-inspired recipes (and French cooking techniques) that I can't wait to try. I don't know about you, but I'm always looking for a new brunch/breakfast recipe for weekend house guests so this one's going to the top of my list!
